Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter is One Fine Day Pty Ltd of Suite 201, 5 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065, Australia (“Promoter”).

Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or over;
• Are residents of Australia; and
• Hold a valid ticket and attend the One Fine Day Wedding Expo Sydney on 15–16 August 2026 (“Event”).

Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors of the Promoter and its related entities, prize suppliers, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences at 9:00 AM AEST on 23 March 2026 and closes at 3:00 PM AEST on 16 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

• Entry is automatic upon purchasing a ticket and attending the Event during the Promotional Period.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process;
• Submits multiple entries; or
• Engages in misleading or deceptive conduct.

There is one (1) prize to be won.

Prize details: A two-night stay for two (2) adults at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa, Bali, valued at approximately AUD $2,000, including:

• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a private villa
• Daily breakfast
• Welcome drink
• Daily afternoon tea
• Refreshed mini-bar
• Seasonal fruit basket
• Return airport transfers
• Complimentary bicycles and resort activities
• Private shuttle within Nusa Dua
• 24-hour butler service

Plus one (1) of the following (winner’s choice):

• An intimate dinner for two; OR
• A couples massage experience

Additional Prize Conditions:

• The prize must be booked and completed within 12 months of issue.
• Subject to availability; blackout dates and peak periods may apply. High Season (July 15 until September 15), Peak Season (December 23 until January 4).
• The prize is for two people travelling together.
• The prize does not include flights, travel insurance, passports, visas, taxes, or additional expenses.
• The winner is responsible for meeting all travel and entry requirements for Indonesia.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the prize with equal or greater value.

Total maximum prize pool value: AUD $2,000

• Location: One Fine Day, Suite 201, 5 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065
• Date: Within 7 days of the Promotion closing (by 16th August 2026)
• Method: Random electronic draw

• The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days.
• The winner’s first name and surname initial may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media.

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days:

• A redraw will take place on 30 August 2026 (or nearest business day).
• The redraw winner will be notified within 2 business days.

This is a game of chance. Trade Promotion Permits:

• NSW: Not required
• VIC: Not required
• QLD: Not required (under $10,000 prize pool)

Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Travel is subject to external factors such as government restrictions, airline requirements, and health regulations.

Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to its courts.
