Every Eli Speaks jewellery piece is meticulously handmade by Melbourne designer Kate Higgins.
Trained by some of Australia’s best gold and platinumsmiths, Kate has been creating precious and meaningful jewellery for happy clients around the world for almost 20 years.
Kate’s ready-to-wear collections combine Art Deco design influences with inspiration from ancient Mayan architecture (of Mexico).
She launched her jewellery design business, Eli Speaks, in 2014. A member of the Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia, Kate’s specialty is custom design, with the well-practiced hand skills to design in a variety of aesthetic tastes. Her favourite being Art Deco.
Kate works directly with clients to design and craft one-of-a-kind wedding rings and engagement rings, or to remodel heirloom jewellery. She can incorporate your family gems and recycle your gold into a new design just for you, creating something extra meaningful. All jewellery is designed and hand formed by Kate in her private studio in the Century Building, Melbourne CBD, Australia.
