Faq’s
How far in advance should I book my cake?
The earlier, the better! Our custom wedding cakes are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking your wedding cake early.
To ensure we have enough time to create your perfect design, we kindly request a minimum of 2-8 weeks notice based on the shape, size, and design of your cake.
How do I place an order?
To order your custom wedding cake, please touch base with us via email or our enquiry form on our website. Initial response will be within 1-2 business days.
Once your quote has been finalised, we will provide you with an invoice for payment of a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due within 2 week of your collection/delivery date.

Do you offer cake tasting boxes?
Yes! We offer a wedding cake tasting box, available for pick-up on Saturday mornings between 10am and 1pm. Our tasting box includes 3 flavours of your choice from our menu, so you can experience our custom wedding cake options before making your final decision.

Do you offer faux cakes?
We do offer faux (foam) cakes upon request. However this does not affect price as the hours of labour & intricacy of design remain the same.
