Faq’s
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes we request all our brides to book an appointment with us to ensure our stylists are available to provide you with the ultimate bridal experience. Your first visit is a 90-minute, one-on-one styling session with one of our stylists, who will guide you through silhouettes and customisations to bring your dream vision to life. You are welcome to bring up to 3 guests on the weekend, and we can happily accommodate a few more during weekday appointments. The booking fee is $50 (non-redeemable).
We also offer a 2-hour VIP GOLD package ($250 non-redeemable) which gives you and up to 6 guests a private showroom experience, with complimentary champagne, non-alcoholic drinks and a grazing board tailored to your tastes. Extra guests are $25 per person, up to a maximum of 10.

Are we able to make any special changes to the gown?
Absolutely! As you try on different styles, your stylist will suggest customisations to help you create a dress that feels like you. Some options include:
Adding sleeves Raising or lowering the back Extending or shortening the train Changing the neckline

What sizes do you have in store?
We proudly stock sizes up to 26 in store for you to try, and can order up to size 32.
Our Florianna collection is made especially for curvier brides. Its fashion-forward, flattering silhouettes are designed to celebrate and enhance your shape.
How long does it take for a gown to arrive?
Gowns can take up to 8 months to arrive, counted from when your full deposit is paid. Express options are available for a small fee and are a great choice if your wedding is less than 3 months away. It's also worth noting that we have floor stock and sample gowns at discounted prices that can be purchased and taken on the day.

Do you provide alterations service in store?
Yes! Our experienced in-house seamstresses will tailor your gown to fit you perfectly, right here at our boutiques. Alterations are priced separately from the gown.
Alterations typically begin 4 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. Planning a separate photoshoot beforehand? Just let us know when you book your alterations appointment and we'll plan around it.
