How do you go about planning our Wedding day ?
I am a bit of a planning guru so its in my dna to leave no stone unturned in my preparation for your big day. I love to bring you guys along on the journey too and get your input especially when it comes to scouting photo locations for the couple shoot part of the day, we usually do this when we visit the venue well in advamce of the day. However if this something you prefer to leave to me thats all good too ! I put together a plan B aswell, handy to pull out of the back pocket especially if the weather gods are against us on the day.
How many images do we get and when will they be ready ?
That depends on how much photo coverage there is on the day, but an approximate guide for finished images (fully edited) is around 100-125 per hour of photo coverage. For example a full day shoot of around 8 hrs you would end up with between 800-1000 beautiful images to encapsulate your day.
We send a sneak peek of images from throughout the day, just 24hrs after the day itself. The full set of images is normally ready around 2-3 weeks after date of the wedding, depending on how busy we are at the time. Spring and Autumn are usually the busiest wedding seasons so images tend to take a little longer at these times of the year
What happens if you are unwell on our Wedding day ?
I hasnt happened yet (touch wood) and to be fair I would need to be fairly incapacitated to not show to your Wedding. However if the unlikely scenario does manifest then I would turn to my assistant photographer who is more than capable to step in for me. They shoot in a very similar style ( probably because we have worked togerther a number of times) and I would then take over the editing when Im better, so in teh ened you would be hard pressed to differentiate between our work.
