Hi, I’m Megan – the photographer behind Megan Sander Photography.

I’m a Sydney wedding photographer creating timeless, natural imagery for couples who want their photographs to feel effortless, genuine and true to them. With over 10 years of experience photographing weddings and life’s biggest milestones, I’ve had the privilege of documenting celebrations across Australia and overseas.

Over the years I’ve come to love that no two wedding days are ever the same. Every celebration has its own energy, emotions and moments that make it uniquely yours, and I believe your photographs should reflect exactly that.

My style sits somewhere between documentary and editorial, soft, natural and focused on real moments. I love using natural light and creating images that feel elegant without feeling overly posed. The little in-between moments, the laughter, the emotion and the fleeting glances are often the moments that become your favourites years later.

I know being in front of a camera can feel intimidating, and one of the things my couples tell me most often is how comfortable they felt throughout the entire experience. I’m naturally relaxed and easy-going and believe beautiful images happen when you can simply be yourselves. I know when to quietly step back and let moments unfold naturally, and when gentle direction can help create images that feel effortless and authentic.
