For many of our couples, Italy represents more than a destination. It is a way of celebrating, a rhythm, a sense of place and time. Our work is rooted in authenticity rather than spectacle, favouring meaningful experiences shaped by local culture and a strong sense of place.
We work primarily with couples planning their wedding from overseas. Managing distance, time zones, local logistics and cultural differences is therefore not an exception, but our everyday reality. Our role is to act as our clients’ eyes, hands and decision-makers on the ground, ensuring clarity, continuity and calm throughout the planning process.
Our approach is full-service and highly structured. Each wedding is managed as a complete project, guiding our couples through every stage of the journey, including:

To simplify the process for our international couples, you sign one single contract, in English, directly with our agency. We act as your sole point of contact, managing all local suppliers on your behalf and taking responsibility for the coordination and quality of all services involved, removing the need to navigate multiple local contracts or languages.
Our team is based in Italy, with strong operational expertise in Puglia and Southern Italy, and is accustomed to working with couples from different cultural backgrounds. Yes. We regularly work with couples based in Australia and other overseas locations. Planning from afar is part of our everyday work, and we are used to managing distance, time zones and local coordination seamlessly.
Where in Italy do you plan weddings?
We specialise in Puglia, Tuscany and the Italian Lakes, and also plan weddings in Corsica. Our team is based in Italy, with strong on-the-ground expertise, and we work across these regions depending on the couple’s vision, location preferences and the type of celebration they wish to create.
Can we plan our wedding without travelling frequently to Italy?
Absolutely. Most of our couples plan their wedding entirely from overseas, with only one key trip to Italy if they wish. We act as your eyes and hands on the ground, guiding decisions remotely with clarity and structure.
Do you offer full-service wedding planning?
Yes. We offer a full-service planning approach, meaning we manage the entire project from venue sourcing to on-the-day coordination, including suppliers, timelines, logistics and local requirements.
How involved will we need to be in the planning process?
As involved as you wish — but never overwhelmed. Our role is to create clarity and structure, allowing you to make confident decisions while fully enjoying the experience, rather than managing it.
Will we need to sign multiple contracts with different suppliers in Italian?
No. You sign one single contract, in English, directly with our agency, covering the overall planning and coordination of your wedding.
