Housed in a chic, industrial port setting of Carrington just 10 minutes from the Newcastle CBD, this working distillery offers a striking backdrop for your unforgettable moments – from exchanging vows in the Barrel Hall to celebrating with your closest friends at a Hens or Bucks Distillery Experience.

Our exceptional spirits – crafted using local ingredients in our energy-efficient, modern stills – take centre stage in our wedding packages, paired with seasonal share-style menus that showcase the best of our region. From signature cocktails to vibrant platters, your guests will savour every sip and bite.

This distillery wedding venue is flexible to suit most groups and styles of celebrations, including reception-only events. When you say ‘I Do’ at Earp Distilling Co, you’ll have exclusive access to our Barrel Hall for your ceremony, followed by an inclusive cocktail hour in our main bar. While we prepare the room for your reception, you’ll be able to mingle with you guests and sneak out for photos.
The room hire fee is subject to event specifics and peak periods. It will include:
- Tables
- Basic Tablecloths & Napkins
- Chairs (up to 100)
- Stage
- PA System
If you’re interested in extras like a Champagne Wall, Oyster Bar, or Printing Services, these can also be added to your booking. Additionally, we offer fully inclusive Event Coordination packages where we’ll help take the stress out of planning (fees & conditions may apply for all extras and add-ons).
Faq’s
Is street parking available?
YES. There is street parking available on Darling Street and Hargrave Street out the front of our business.
Do you allow outside food or beverage?
In most circumstances, no we are not able to accomodate external catering. If you have small, specific items you'd like to include to make your event special such as a cake or case of your favourite drink, we may be able to make exceptions. Please note with your enquiry.
Do you have food & beverage packages available?
YES. We have multiple packages to suit any style of celebration or number of guests. Wedding options typically range from $124 - 179pp depending choices selected.
Is the venue available for exclusive use?
YES. Full venue hire options are available, subject to calendar availability.
