Can we host both the ceremony and reception on-site?

Yes, Saddles offers the perfect setting to host both your ceremony and reception in one stunning location.

For your ceremony, we recommend our beautiful garden grounds, overlooking a tranquil lake and landscaped gardens. Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy drinks on the Verandah, just a few steps from the garden, with sweeping views across the Saddles precinct.

For your reception, we highly recommend our Barn, our private reception space. It can accommodate up to 130 guests, offering ample room for both dining and entertainment

Which set-up options are available in the Barn?

The Barn is a highly versatile space that can be tailored to suit your event style. We can accommodate up to 150 guests for a cocktail-style event, or up to 130 guests for a seated function. For wedding receptions, we remove our existing furniture and bring in catering furniture to create a seamless sit-down dining experience. We offer a range of layout options, including long banquet tables or round tables, depending on your preference and overall vision.

What is included with the room hire?

Our Barn offers a beautifully curated space, perfect for an elegant and seamless wedding celebration. Your room hire includes exclusive use of both the indoor Barn and the outdoor verandah, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the space in its entirety.

The Barn features stunning built-in décor and thoughtfully designed floral arrangements, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere that requires minimal additional styling. The space feels complete on its own, helping you achieve a beautiful aesthetic while keeping styling simple.

For your reception, we provide all essential furnishings, including tables, chairs, linen, and napkins. The Barn also includes a built-in bar, as well as AV facilities with two screens and microphones—perfect for speeches and photo slideshows.

Every detail has been considered to ensure your day feels effortless, refined, and truly special.
