Nicole and Jake knew that they wanted their celebration to be more than just one day. After a beautiful sunset proposal to remember, the couple got to work on creating a wedding day that would perfectly reflect them.

With Bellingdale Farm, in the northern region of NSW, as their backdrop, the couple pulled off a beautiful, heartfelt wedding day that perfectly reflected them as a couple.

THE PROPOSAL //

We went for our walk with our dog on Miami beach on the Gold Coast and he proposed there, then back at the other end had a champagne picnic and music set up for sunset.

The Most Memorable Moment //

Feeling so ready to walk down the aisle despite thinking I would be so insanely nervous + both saying each other was “occasionally funny” in our vows without knowing.

THE VISION //

We didn’t just want the day we wanted the experience so we had a 2 week holidays in Kingscliff with all our family and friends before/after with a wedding thrown in the middle. Modern, minimalistic, elegant aesthetic with great food and a great dance floor and speeches.

THE ADVICE THEY’D GIVE TO ANOTHER COUPLE //

Do you, don’t ask for many opinions and don’t stress the small stuff on the day – there’s no point. Oh and pay for the venue that offers everything, the lead up stress/organisation is not worth it.
