Sydney, you certainly know how to celebrate love! One Fine Day Wedding Expo returned to White Bay Cruise Terminal in Rozelle on 15 + 16 August 2026, bringing together two unforgettable days of wedding fashion, fresh ideas, expert advice and some of the industry’s most exciting creatives.
Couples, bridal parties, families and friends filled the space, meeting wedding vendors face-to-face, discovering new ideas and turning saved Pinterest boards into real-life plans. From the first encounters with the best vendors in the wedding business, to the final runway moments, this year’s Sydney Wedding Expo was all about making wedding planning feel less overwhelming, and a whole lot more exciting.
Whether guests arrived with a spreadsheet full of plans or were simply figuring out where to begin, there was plenty to discover.
THE RUNWAY
The runway was once again one of the most anticipated moments of the weekend, offering a front-row look at bridal fashion from an incredible line-up of Australian and international designers.
This year’s runway featured gowns from Grace Loves Lace, Anna Campbell, KWH Bridal, Hera Couture, Trish Peng, Curator The Label, Jack Sullivan Bridal, Joseph Sayadi Amarige Bridal, Lillian Bree Couture, Lé Lee Studio, By Olivia Grace, The Sposa Group, With Love By Mallika and Brit Day Bridal.
From beautifully considered silhouettes and romantic detailing to modern minimalism and statement-making designs, the show gave brides-to-be the chance to see gowns move in real life, because sometimes a dress really does need to be seen on the runway to appreciate every detail.
The grooms had plenty of inspiration, too, with M.J. Bale bringing sharp, contemporary suiting to the runway.
Finishing each look was jewellery by Amelie George, while the team at Blow Bar and Blow Style created the polished hair and makeup looks worn by our models throughout the show. Behind the scenes, models wore shapewear by FIGUR, creating the perfect foundation for every runway look.
THE M.J. BALE RUNWAY CHALLENGE
The runway wasn’t only about watching the professionals.
In one of the weekend’s most entertaining moments, M.J. Bale invited grooms from the VIP audience to put their styling skills (and their speed) to the test.
The challenge? Style a suit in just 10 seconds.
With the clock ticking and the audience watching, our selected grooms raced to create their best look before handing the final decision over to the crowd. The audience chose their favourite, Hayden, for his “black tie wedding” styling of a velvet jacket and bow tie, seeing him walk away with a $500 voucher from M.J. Bale.
EXPERT TALKS WITH EASY WEDDINGS
Between meeting vendors and watching the runway, couples could settle in for practical wedding planning advice with Easy Weddings.
Their expert talks covered the questions couples often find themselves Googling late at night, from how to write meaningful wedding vows to how to structure the wedding day itself.
With actionable advice designed for real couples planning real celebrations, the sessions helped take some of the mystery out of the process and gave guests ideas they could put to work as soon as they left the Expo.
Because beautiful inspiration is important, but knowing how to turn it into a wedding day that actually works is even better.
THE VIP EXPERIENCE
For VIP guests, wedding planning came with somewhere particularly beautiful to stop, recharge and raise a glass.
The VIP Bar, designed by SOCO Event Hire, created a stylish retreat within the Expo, complete with delicious catering by Shared Affair Catering & Events and sparkling wine from Ovata.
It was the perfect place to compare notes between vendor appointments, celebrate a new wedding find or simply enjoy a glass of bubbles before heading back out for another round of inspiration.
FLOWERS, BUT MAKE THEM FOREVER
Guests were greeted with a serious floral moment before they’d even made it through the Expo.
Giant Silk Art created breathtaking oversized silk flower features for both the front entrance and runway, transforming the spaces with sculptural blooms that made an impact from every angle.
The installations brought a sense of theatre to the weekend and created the perfect backdrop for the runway, not to mention more than a few guest photos.
A 360° WEDDING EXPO MOMENT
Naturally, we couldn’t let everyone leave without capturing the occasion.
R&L Magical Moments brought the fun with a 360 booth photo experience, giving guests the chance to step in with their partner, bridal party, family or friends and take home a memory from the weekend.
Wedding planning may be about the big day ahead, but we’re firm believers that the moments along the way deserve to be celebrated too.
A CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER
What made One Fine Day Wedding Expo Sydney 2026 special wasn’t any single dress, flower installation, glass of sparkling or piece of wedding advice. It was seeing everything come together under one roof.
It was couples finding a vendor whose work immediately felt like them. Brides seeing a gown move on the runway and adding a new designer to their must-try list. Grooms discovering that choosing a suit can actually be fun. Families sharing ideas over something delicious. And newly engaged couples walking out with a much clearer picture of what their celebration could look like.
A huge thank you to every vendor, designer, partner, model and guest who joined us at White Bay Cruise Terminal and helped make the 2026 Sydney Expo such a memorable weekend.
Until next time, Sydney.
