Do you offer free shipping?
I offer free worldwide shipping for every order.
Do you make everything yourself?
Every headpiece and piece of jewellery is made by hand by in my atelier.
Do you have a sustainability committment?
Yes. I keep sustainability at the forefront of everything I do, from how and what I design, what I make my pieces from, and how I run my studio. Wherever possible I use sustainable materials in my designs, I work hard to keep waste to a minimum and re-use or recycle wherever possible. My packaging is recycled or recyclable - without compromising on quality and beauty.
Do you gift wrap your jewellery?
All my accessories and jewellery are packaged lovingly in beautiful branded boxes or gift bags all chosen for their beauty and their ability to protect your chosen piece in the post.
Do you offer a quality guarantee?
I am a proud member of The Guild of Master Craftsmen, and I hold the illustrious title of 'Master Craftsmen' which is only given by the guild to the most skilled artisans in their field. I am currently the only bridal accessories and jewellery designer to hold this title. As a member of the Guild I must uphold their high standards of quality and integrity at all times.
What materials do you use?
I only use the best quality materials - including high lustre crystals and pearls from the best crystal houses in Europe, which also offer sustainability and ethical guarantees.
What kind of pearls do you use?
I use two different types of pearls - freshwater or vegan.
- Freshwater pearls are naturally occuring pearls from molluscs and I use high quality rice, teardrop and baroque pearls with a beautiful lustre and shine.
- I also use vegan pearls created by the two best crystal houses in Europe. These are crystal-based pearls with the most amazing lustre and I have carefully picked pearls that look just like their natural counterparts. The vegan pearls are also sustainably and ethically-produce.

How long does it take to receive a Debbie Carlisle accessory?
I make all my designs to order - to reduce waste and to allow me to offer a large range of designs. Standard lead times are up to 3 weeks to make a piece - although you can request a rush order if time is tight. Free shipping can take 2-3 weeks to arrive or you can upgrade to rush shipping. I'm happy to help advise on when to order, or whether you need to upgrade to a rush order - just get in touch!
Can you help me choose my accessories?
Absolutely! I am happy to help via email or with a free online video consultation if you prefer. No question is too small!
