If you think about it, your engagement ring and wedding bands are the only things from your wedding that you will wear daily. So, for me, it only seems fitting that they are unique, special to you both and are exactly want you want!
I started Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery in 2013 with my husband Daniel. My love of design and creation really bloomed after completing a traditional jewellery manufacturing apprenticeship. Since then, we’ve grown from working in our garage, to now having a talented team working in our onsite workshop at our boutique located in Sydney’s upper north shore.
I have a passion for coloured gemstones – we make sure to frequently travel, in Australia and overseas to find unique gems for our ever-growing collection. We’ve developed relationships with local miners and gem suppliers around the world that enable us to find some really special gemstones!
We specialise in custom design rings and I really enjoy helping couples create their own unique pieces! Our process begins with a private meeting either in person or virtually to discuss your design goals, then we find the perfect gemstone or diamond, create a detailed drawing and once everything is locked in we begin making your ring using both traditional and modern jewellery making techniques.

Faq’s
Do I need an appointment to chat about a custom piece?
Yes, in order to dedicate the time needed for an in-depth custom design meeting you will need to make an appointment through our website.
How long does a bespoke creation take to make?
It varies but the normal turn around time is between 10 - 12 weeks once the perfect stone is chosen and design confirmed.
If we need to source a stone that in not in stock this can add extra time to the overall turnaround.
Do you have a boutique where I can see the rings?
Yes, we have a lovely boutique in Hornsby where you can try on rings or create a custom piece. Our address is 14 Coronation Street, Hornsby NSW.
Do you ship your jewellery interstate or internationally?
Yes absolutely, we can ship all around Australia and internationally to just about any country!
The product I want isn't online, can you still create it for me?
Yes, we love making custom pieces.
Are you diamonds and gemstones genuine and ethically sourced?
Yes, we only use ethically sourced Gemstones and Diamonds in our pieces. Having built up a network of trusted suppliers both locally and overseas, ranging from local miners through to international diamond merchants, we only purchase from suppliers that share our values in ensuring the stones are ethically sourced.
