How do we book you for our wedding?
First off, what an honour! Thankyou for choosing me, how much fun we will have together! I do only book an exclusive amount of weddings per year so that I can give 100% to all my couples, I try to keep it to around 20-25 weddings per season which is sometimes half of what other photographers have the capacity for. Because of this, I would love to get to know you guys and what you're planning so I can make sure we are the best fit for each other. You can do this by filling out the enquiry form on my page. I will then send you my pricing information, and if we're a good fit and you're ready to book then I ask for a 20% non refundable booking deposit, and as well as signing a booking contract.
We don't love being infront of the camera, is that okay?
Absolutely fine! I feel the exact same way! I ask my couples to only ever look at my camera if they feel comfortable to, otherwise I like to go for a candid, fun, documentary style vibe where couples' just look at eachother and have a nice time. I know it can sound confronting and nerve wracking, but honestly we will just have some banter and have a few laughs while we're doing it. Some couples come back and say that was a highlight of their day because it was nice to get away from all the chaos and just spend time with their partner. I try to make it as fun and painless as humanly possible.
We love that some of your couples' wedding photos are in magazines and on wedding publications, is that something we can have with our images?
It's always so exciting to see a couple's photos in paper format or online for the world to see! Some of my couple's weddings have been featured in Together Journal, Anti Bride, The Wed, South Australian Weddings and The Advertiser. I always get my couple's permission first before submitting any galleries to publications, and then it is up to them if they choose to feature the day or not.
