I work in a variety of styles, from romantic, whimsical cakes to modern, non-traditional looks. While I have my own personal style & approach to design, I love exploring new ideas, concepts and trends.
All my cakes and fillings are made from scratch, using only chef-grade ingredients. CAKED by Carissa offers a curated menu as well as custom flavours. Gluten Free & Dietary options available.

Do you do tastings?
Tasting boxes are available for purchase 2-3 times a year. You can pre-order these on my website.
How do I enquire about my cake?
The best way is to fill in an enquiry form on my website, by going to the 'Orders' page. It helps me gather vital details and you can also upload inspiration photos.
How far in advance should I book my cake?
I suggest getting in touch to check availability as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as slots fill up fast especially for weddings in Spring & Summer. As a guide, most clients book 6-12 months out from their wedding.
